According to the law of certain countries, Pagani Design is required by law to collect sales tax and remit these to the relevant local tax authorities. The countries which we are required by law to collect states tax include (updating) :

  • New Zealand (15% goods and services tax)
  • Norway (25% sales tax)
  • USA : (0-13% sales tax, depending on the state)

Shipping:

One Time Flat Rate Shipping Fee on all products no matter how many products you buy!

  • Yun Express / Yanwen Express 7-20 working day(s): $11.00 – (Standard shipping method).
  • Yun Express 5-15 working day(s): $30.00 – (Faster and especially great for bulk orders)

Free Shipping for most countries on orders over $250

We will arrange shipping normally within 1-2 working days after your order. After that, a tracking code will be emailed to the customer, usually within 1-2 working days after shipping. Shipping rates is chosen during the Checkout! Please contact Support if you got any questions.

Shipping time might be longer, especially for free shipping due to the Covid pandemic causing delays in custom and transport.

Tracking:

You will get an email with an Order Tracking Page with Tracking link(s) within 2-4 days after your purchase. If you have not received your tracking mail, please Contact Us. In such case you may also want to check your spam folder. Accessories may take longer to process before shipping. You can also log into My Account and check as we also will add the tracking info to your “My Account”.

Tracking Explained:

  • UNKNOWN: Sometimes you might see this status as a result of tracking added premature. So if the status don’t change within a few days, please Contact Us.
  • PRE TRANSIT: Means that a package has been picked up by a courier, handed over to the airline, is in the process of going through customs, sent with a flight and waiting to get scanned again once it goes through it’s destination countries. This process can take 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer all depending on the corona restrictions of the country, or if it has to go through transit country etc.
  • IN TRANSIT: Means that a package has been scanned again while going through it’s destination countries (or transfer countries) customs. For US citizens it means USPS tracking should also work.
  • OUT FOR DELIVERY: This message is given when a package has been given a delivery time and hand over. For instance a door delivery.
  • DELIVERED: Means a package has reached it’s final destination. However it could be in the customers mail box or the local post office. So please check your local post office if you don’t find it in your mailbox!
  • RETURN TO SENDER: You could see this message as a result of a delivery gone wrong or a package not picked up.

Custom & Import Duties:

When you make an order we are obliged by law to have customers pay import tax for the countries with import tax. But shipments may also incur import and/or customs duties, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You as a customer are responsible for these fees and might have to pay them when you get the items. Please check out your own country’s laws about customs fee and import taxes.

Delivery:

Delivery can be done to most places in the world. Some products may be packaged and shipped separately without any extra freight cost for you. We can not guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date due to force majeure or acts of God. Flat rate delivery times is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.​​​

There are 2 types of returns:

  1. Returns for broken products (Paid by us)  and replacement products will be given on our expense.
  2. Returns when the customer changes their mind about a product (Paid by customer) and a refund will be made.

Returns for a broken product:

We offer a 2 Years Warranty on all products purchased from our website: https://www.pagani.design/ . To qualify for such a return and get a replacement product the following criteria must be fulfilled:

  1. The product is damaged, defective or the material is different from the advertising.
  2. The return only needs to inlude the product itself. (No box or papers needed to keep cost down).
  3. Please put in $10 as value of the package to avoid Chinese custom problems!
  4. Customer must mail us the tracking number.

The customer must help us and pay for this return, but as soon as we are shown the receipt, a fully refund for the return cost will be given immediately. Once we have the product(s) in our hands we will ship out a new replacement product(s) on our expense. A new tracking will be sent by mail

Returns by a change of heart:

We offer a 14 Days Return Policy for a change of heart for products purchased from our website: https://www.pagani.design/. To qualify for such a return and get a complete refund the following criteria must be fulfilled:

  1. The return must include the unused product with all stickers on and complete with box and all the papers it came with.
  2. Please put in $10 as value of the package to avoid Chinese custom problems!
  3. Customer must mail us the tracking number.

The customer muct pay for this return and a full or partial refund will be given once we have the product(s) in our hand and completed an inspection. A refund may take up to 10 business days to clear and even longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

Reasons that do NOT qualify for a Refund or Replacent watch (No return accepted!):

  • If the product is NOT protected by our Warranty.
  • If the product is opened or tampered with.
  • Normal wear and tear, water damage, misuse or negligence.
  • The product was not delivered due to customer error, such as wrong address.
  • Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to sender.
  • Color Difference (some is to be expected)

The Return Address:

Please make sure you ALWAYS Contact Us for the correct return address!

Do not return a package based on the sender address you may find on the package. The product may have been shipped from different locations and sometimes a package can be opened by customs and given a new and wrong sender address!

Why do we need a damaged product returned to us?

  • Evidence that there is something wrong with the product. (Though we may accept pictures and videos too).
  • The product still has value and can be disassembled and used for parts. 
  • We also have a warranty on the parts we use in our products and would like a refund on damaged parts too such as defect movements etc.
