Tax

According to the law of American states, for orders shipped to below states are subject to sales tax, including states tax and country/city sales tax. Pagani Design is required by law to collect sates tax and remit to these the relevant local tax authories. The states which are required by law to collect states tax include (updating) :

Tax: 15%

From 1 Dec 2019, New Zealand goods and services tax (GST) 15% will apply to each item valued at NZ$ 1000 or less, and AliExpress is required by law to collect such GST and remit to New Zealand Taxation Office.

According to New Zealand GST rule, if GST is charged to GST-registered buyer, the buyer could apply for a New Zealand GST Invoice with AliExpress. The GST-registered buyer could properly claim for input GST deduction in its GST return with this GST Invoice. AliExpress is therefore not obliged to return GST charged to the GST-registered buyer.

Customer can download invoice from order detail page from Dec.10th and get refund of tax if needed base on the invoice. AliExpress will not process refund of tax to user.

From 1 July 2018, Australian goods and services tax (GST) 10% will apply to each order valued at A$1,000 or less, and AliExpress is required by law to collect such GST and remit to Australian Taxation Office.

As of 1. April, 2020 online stores are required to collect a sales tax (MVA/VAT) of 25.00% on behalf of the Norwegian government, which they must submit to the applicable Norway revenue department in a periodical VAT tax return. Unlike the United States’ sales tax, which is only charged on sales to end consumers, the VAT is collected on all sales – even of raw materials.

UK VAT rule changes from January

TAX: 20%

Starting from January 1, 2021, the UK Government will introduce a new model for the VAT treatment of goods arriving into Great Britain from outside of the UK. This will ensure that goods from EU and non-EU countries are treated in the same way and that UK businesses are not disadvantaged by competition from VAT-free imports. Other changes will be made to improve how the UK enforces VAT on overseas sellers who sell goods already in the UK at the point of sale.

Regarding the new rule of Brazilian Customs, packages arrived in Brazil from Jan. 1st, 2020 is required to attach with the tax ID number (Known as CPF or CNPJ). Or else, parcels cannot be cleared at customs and might even be forfeited in certain cases. The format of CPF for natural persons is 000.000.000-00 and CNPJ for legal persons is 00.000.000/0000-00.

Buyers in Brazil are required to add the CPF when editing the shipping address to avoid the failure of customs clearance. Please note that the CPF you add will be disclosed to relevant sellers and their logistics partners for customs clearance purposes.

Import Duties

Delivery

We deliver to Users/Customers at most places in the world. Some products may be packaged and shipped separately without any extra freight cost for you.

We can not guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date due to force majeure or acts of God.

Flat rate delivery times is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.​​​

Your purchase is protected if:

  • The product was purchased from this website.
  • The product is damaged, defective or the material is different from the advertising.
  • You do not receive your package within a reasonable time. (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is now upped 1-2 extra weeks for free shipping from the time of the purchase).

 

Your purchase is not protected:

  • If the product is opened or tampered with.
  • By normal wear and tear, water damage, misuse or negligence.
  • Your product was not delivered due to your mistakes, such as the wrong address.
  • Not purchased from this website.
  • There is no refund for shipments that go unclaimed and are returned.

Returns

We offer a 14 day Return Policy where you might return a product if you have changed your mind. The product must be unused and without any scratches, complete with all the package it came with, so it can be sold again to another customer. The customer pay for this return. A fully refund will be given as soon as the product has returned.

If there is an issue with the product itself, due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, please contact support right away so we may replace it for you. All returns must include the watch, the package it came with and the Invoice/Packing slip.

The Return Address

All returns must be send to the return address found on the Invoice and/or Packing slip.
