1 YEAR WARRANTY
The Warranty covers this product for one year from the date of purchase and includes the battery pack. This warranty is limited to what is defined as “normal use” of the product; examples of activities or uses that would void the warranty include: impacts resulting from collision, dropping, or improper use. Please send us a picture/video of the problem and we will give you the correct return address. This return cost will be covered by us and refunded as soon as the customer mail us the receipt for the return. Definitely search YouTube and check them out as there is not much more that I can add.
The watch is beautiful, 40mm by 12.5 and 142 grams with three links removed for my 7.5 inch wrist.
Shipping was quick,less than three weeks total from date of order.
Product was in original box inside a bubble wrap plastic envelope but no damage at all.
Chose this over the Invicta and am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be checking their website in the future
