Return & Complaint

14 Days Return Policy

All customers who have purchased an item on are free to return the item within 14 days. Please contact us using the Return Form via [Contact] if you wish to return an item. We will then send you the correct return address. Remember that the item(s) must be unused, all tags must be attached and returned with everything they came with (original Pagani Design box, warranty card, instruction booklet etc) and preferably packed in their original packaging.

Return of new unused goods

If you choose to return the item, remember to get a receipt with a shipment number and tracking. Feel free to use the box the goods came in as packaging and write the order number on the outside of this so we know what the matter is about. All goods returned to us will be credited with the full amount due within a few days of return. It will always be credited to the same card that was used when paying for the order. You will receive an email from us as soon as the crediting has been done. Shipping is not credited and is paid entirely by the customer. A refund of an item can take up to 10 working days before it appears on your bank or credit card statement, all depending on your bank’s guidelines. If a different model/colour/item is desired, you must make a new order in the online store.

2 Year Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty and complaints on all goods purchased at If you have a damaged product that is due to a manufacturing fault and not incorrect use, you can make a complaint. Please use Warranty Form via [Contact] if you wish to return an item and give us an idea of the problem. It is mandatory to add some photos and/or video as evidence to help us understand the situation better and simplify the process for complaints. If the product is new or without visible external damage with general wear through normal use, you have a good case and the guarantee for complaints will be maintained. But if the product has visible external damage, a lot of abnormal wear, many large scratches, cracked glass or is full of water, etc., this is a sign of irresponsible use and there is less to little probability that the guarantee for complaints will be accepted .

Return of defective goods

You can return products that are damaged, defective or where the material is very different from the advertisement (you have to expect some color differences and that some details may change as products are constantly upgraded with newer variations). After the Warranty Form has been filled in, we arrange the return with Yunexpress or Cainiao Global Express and give you the necessary information to be able to return the item to us. As soon as we receive the package we will arrange a new replacement product for you. A new tracking number will then arrive in the mail. You can also choose to have the entire amount refunded if desired.

All returns must include:

  1. The product it self.
  2. The box and all the package it came with (unless we tell you other vice).
  3. Factory number that we will provide by mail.
  4. Return shipping must include Tracking number. (Must be mailed to us).
